It's a subpar app amd device. The audio and video call just comes as notification, it doesn’t vibrate, it doesn’t appear on screen. You have open the app to get call screen and accept the call. It takes few seconds before the accept or reject button appears. The App has very limited features as well and requires many clicks for getting things done. The device battery keeps draining even if the watch is kept idle.

Stay away from this rubbish. When the watch phone has run out of battery once, it will always "runs out" of battery in hours after a full charge. Requires a factory reset to correct this. App is slow. Notifications are delayed. Location tracking unreliable. Both hardware & software sometimes works acceptable for a few days until the exact time you need it. Customer support is terrible. They simply don't reply to any emails or online help posts. Stay away from their hardware and their software.

11/9/23: A frustrating experience. As part of account hygiene, I use a "+myfirstfone" suffix as the registered email for the app. Alas, Android devices are unable to login using suffixes, with attempts to do so prompting a "Enter correct email address" error. Logging in with the same suffixed email, however, is possible on iOS. Without going into other feedback, this has been extremely debilitating already. 15/9/23: Support has highlighted that the app is no longer updated.
